I offer self-paced online courses on nutrition and healthy eating which will teach you how to eat in a healthy way based on your situation and improve your health and well-being. My newest course offering is a foundational course that will teach you how to eat in a balanced and delicious way based on an anti-inflammatory diet. It’s called: How to Create Anti-inflammatory Meals: Your Step-by-Step Guide and it can be accessed through the main menu.

I am also available for Dietitian consultations and nutrition counseling and offer packages which are a terrific value.
